We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

✅ Eligible Returns:

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping

  • If the product is defective or damaged, we’ll cover return shipping

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Custom items (e.g. custom playmats)

  • Seconds cloth playmats

  • Mystery boxes
